Terms of Service
Effective: September 23, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Tall Man Services LLC ("TMS," "we," "us"), a handyman and home services business serving Eagle County, Colorado.
Quotes & pricing
TMS uses flat-rate labor pricing. You approve the price before work begins. Our standard structure is 50% deposit to schedule the project and the remaining 50% on completion, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Scheduling
Weekday availability is generally after 4:30 PM; weekends are available by appointment. If a scheduled time needs to change, we will coordinate the new time with you directly.
SMS / text message program terms
Program: Tall Man Services project updates — appointment confirmations, quote follow-ups, scheduling messages, and project status updates sent from (970) 445-1108.
Opt-in: You join by texting us at (970) 445-1108, by submitting a quote request with your mobile number, or by asking us to send you text updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation text and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
